Limelight Productions presents “Lend a Hand, Have a Laugh” an evening of staged readings by local award winning actors of comedic and dramatic one acts.

The event is free and open to the public. Your donation will go to help those most affected by Hurricane Sandy. Dec. 6,7,8 at 8 pm, Dec. 9 at 2 pm.

John Patrick Shanley’s DOUBT: A Parable (June 2012)

In this brilliant and powerful drama, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects Father Flynn of improper relations with one of her male students.  This is a beautifully balanced drama. Shanley is a writer working at the top of his craft, making the most of a muted but evocative palette in the pursuit of truth's shadows.
